Meet Richard

Richard’s previous positions include a host of top London kitchens, most notably a stint at the Michelin star rated Mirabelle where he started his career. He moved to Bath and joined The Marlborough Tavern in 2006 to pursue his passion for working with local producers - his love of fantastic, fresh local produce is infectious.
