RT @joecussens Delighted to hear today our application for a Green Business Grant has been approved for @MarlboroughTav . It will help us convert the kitchen to cleaner, cooler, greener induction cooking. Looking forward to no more dirty and hot as hell gas cooking there. Keep the chefs happy!
@BathBandit@DisasterWera@NYWELSH@AndrewFurse And yes there was a solution but it wasn’t a very good one, this is an improvement, making things better for residents, our staff and yes us too.
Look around Bath and you’ll see closed shops/businesses everywhere, this is a good example of @bathnes working with business to help
@BathBandit@DisasterWera@NYWELSH@AndrewFurse Absolutely correct, you can’t just take over a bit of the road when you want to, you have to seek permission from the council, make your case and if they think it’s safe and acceptable they’ll grant permission. Which is what we’ve done
@DisasterWera@AndrewFurse They are in loading bay designed to give drivers a clear view of the road when occupied by a large lorry that would dwarf these bins. They don’t inhibit visibility to drivers at all.
@BubsandJacks We’re frustrated and exasperated that at a time when we’re closed and losing money we have to defend something that improves the neighbourhood and our lives and that the council have looked at and given permission for. What harm are they doing anyone?
